Recently, the Xiaomi.EU team released their version of MIUI 9 Developer ROM for Xiaomi Mi 5X phone. This is version is recommended for advanced users. As far as we understand by reading the official thread, this ROM will also work on MI6 & HMNote4X devices.
How to install?
- Make sure you've unlocked bootloader! If you haven't yet, then go to http://en.miui.com/unlock/
- Install TWRP Custom Recovery via fastboot mode using these commands:
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img fastboot boot twrp.img
- Copy downloaded ROM to your phone memory.
- Boot into TWRP and Wipe "Data".
- Now install ROM.
- Reboot in system.
