With
the release of BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.3.3, your privacy and
security are further enhanced with the introduction of Anti-Theft
Protection within BlackBerry Protect.
Provided you have confirmed your BlackBerry ID,
Anti-Theft Protection associates your BlackBerry ID with your device,
and provides you with the ability to disable your device using a new
Flag as Stolen option.
When used, Flag as Stolen will erase your
device memory and disable your device, unless the BlackBerry ID which
was used to setup the device originally with Anti-Theft Protection, is
entered on the device.
In other words, unless your device is
returned to you, no one else will be able to setup the device again
since they do not know your BlackBerry ID credentials.
It was said you cant downgrade 10.3.3 when upgraded because of the security patch level. but i was able to discover a way you can bypass/remove the anti theft protection with downgrade.
Bypass anti-theft on STL100-1 with special Autoloader build in the following procedures and files step by step.
1). Download Z10 STL100-1 version 10.3.03.2205 here
2). Download Z10 STL100-1 version 10.3.2.2888 here
3). Finally, download Z10-STL100-1 version 10.3.01.2267 here
Make sure you have these three files in your computer, in one folder and extracted.
Now, Proceed to flash this Z10_10.3.03.2205_STL100-1 Downloaded from (1) above
Next, flash the second file: Z10_10.3.02.2888_STL100-1 downloaded from (2) above
Finally, flash this file: Z10_10.3.01.2267_STL100-1 downloaded from (3) above.
