how to Unlock ALL HTC Sprint Devices, Htc One M8, M9, M7 HTC One E8 With Step By Step Guide:

Download The Following Files And Save Them In One Folder:

• HtcMOMAD_SPCS.apk
• com.viper.simunlockhelperfree.3.apk
• HtcOMADM_SPCS.apk1.1 
•  twrp-2.8.5.0-e8 working version
• Sprint_HTC_One_E8_1.22.651.1_stock_rooted.zip
• Bad_Boyz_Sprint_ONE_E8_SIM_unlock.zip
• HTC One E8 TWRP BACK UP_Major Solution Platform.zip

Requirements:

1. Your Device needs to be on s-off(Very Important)
2. Your Device’s bootloader needs to be unlocked, Proceed to htcdev.com to unlock bootloader
3. You need HTC FASTBOOT DRIVERS,  proceed now to download
4. You need to be rooted, don’t worry about this, the files you downloaded above have Sprint_HTC_One_E8_1.22.651.1_Stock Rooted.zip, as soon as you have the afore-named zip file, you don’t need to go through the hassle of rooting. In case you don’t have the file, download here

Are You Sure You Have All The Requirements Intact?

Let’s Proceed To Unlocking HTC One E8 Sprint Unlock:

Don’ be disturbed, i will drop details below for htc one m8, 7 and m9 as well.

Let’s go:

Flash HTC One E8 Twrp recovery downloaded from above(For htc m7,m8 and m9, google it). Please proceed by clicking  learn how-to-flash-twrp-recovery-on-htc-one-e8mec_whl

Once you’re on TWRP RECOVERY Menu, copy Sprint_HTC_One_E8_1.22.651.1_stock_rooted.zip into an SD CARD and insert it into your HTC device external memory slot.

Tap on REBOOT, next, tap on Recovery, device will reboot back to recovery so that sdcard can be mounted on recovery.

Next, tap on install, go to external sd, choose ‘Sprint_HTC_One_E8_1.22.651.1_stock_rooted.zip’ swipe to the right  to flash.

Wait for some minutes for the stock rooted firmware to be flashed, once you get the successful message, reboot device.

You have successfully rooted your htc one e8 device by flashing a rooted firmware.!!

Since your device has gained root, proceed to the following steps, to unlock network on your phone:

Boot to TWRP Recovery mode, go to  Mount and tap on System to mount System,then press the back key. See screenshot below:

Go to ‘Advanced’ >> File Manager , press (Up A Level) then tap on >>System >>app.

Rename HTCOMADM_SPCS.odex to HTCOMADM_SPCS.odex.bak

Once you’re done renaming, go back to TWRP RECOVERY main menu.

Click on install, tap on (Up a level), tap external _sd, tap on Bad_Boyz_Spr-int_ONE_E8_SIM_unlock.zip. Refer to screenshot below for clarification:

Now confirm flash by swiping your finger to the right:

Once the zip file finishes flashing in recovery by a successful message, tap on reboot, to boot device to normal

Boot to twrp recovery and flash  Bad_Boyz_Sprint_ONE_E8_SIM_unlock.zip

After flashing all the above files, reboot device to normal.

Connect your htc device to Computer and enable internal memory.

Rename HTC One E8 TWRP BACK UP_Major Solution Platform.zip to Major Solution Platform.zip and extract.

Copy the extracted Major Solution Platform.zip folder and paste into the following directories:

Device Memory/TWRP/FA4A6SP02277/BACKUPS/ THIS IS WHERE YOU SHOULD PASTE THE FOLDER. We are going to have the following directories:

Device Memory/TWRP/FA4A6SP02277/BACKUPS/Major Solution Platform

Now back to twrp recovery:

On TWRP recovery menu, go to Restore and check everything, swipe screen to the right to confirm restore.

Once restore is complete, you should have your HTC ONE E8 Unlocked.
